Holy Cross Patient Portal Click on log in Holy Cross Patient Portal. Login screen will appear. Enter your Holy Cross user name and your password. Click on Submit. You may be prompted to have Medicat remember your password. Click on never, you do not want your password stored. You will then see the Holy Cross patient portal home page.

Are students required to be vaccinated?

All Holy Cross students, except for those who have asked for and been granted an exemption, must be vaccinated before returning to campus in fall or for summer activities.

Why is Holy Cross requiring the vaccine?

This is a vital step for our community in order to have the kind of fall semester we all want; with in-person classes and activities, a full slate of athletics competitions and minimal social distancing requirements.

Will a vaccine received in another country satisfy the requirement?

We expect that international vaccines that are accepted by federal and state guidelines will satisfy the vaccination requirement. We will make every effort to assist international students with this requirement.

Are faculty and staff required to be vaccinated?

Yes. Faculty and staff must have received and uploaded evidence of their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine by July 21st to HC Clear. Employees must be fully vaccinated by September 1, 2021. More information about this requirement can be found here.

Are there any exemptions from the vaccine mandate?

There are two criteria under which someone may apply for an exemption to the vaccine mandate. First, students may submit documentation from a valid medical professional requesting the exception on the basis of medical reasons. Second, students may seek an exemption based on the student’s sincere religious beliefs.

How do I request an exemption from the vaccine requirement?

Students can apply for a religious or medical exemption using this form.

How do I sign up for a vaccine?

If you are eligible, you can book an appointment online based on your eligibility criteria.

Online Payments

The College of the Holy Cross is pleased to announce that we have partnered with TouchNet Bill+Payment to offer our students and their families the option to pay the tuition balance online using a checking or savings account. Credit Card payments will be available on May 1, 2020.

Domestic Payments via Wire Transfer

Payments made in Person

If you would like to make your tuition payment in person, you can stop by the Cashier’s Window in the Bursar Office located in O’Kane 159 to make a payment with cash, personal check, cashier’s check, or money order. The office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Due to COVID-19 the office is closed ot the public.

Payment Plans

Many students and their families are looking for ways to budget their educational costs. The College of the Holy Cross has partnered with TouchNet Bill+Payment to offer semester payment plans beginning as early as July 1st for the Fall semester and December 1st for the Spring. Semester.
