To obtain access on most computers, follow these steps: At the bottom right corner of your screen, right-click on your wireless network connection icon. Click on "View Available Wireless Networks.". On the next screen that appears, click on "Refresh network list.". You should see a Guest account.
The security office maintains custody of our lost and found items. Items brought to the department will be kept for two months. Call ext. 1101 or ask your nurse for more information.
Chapel. The Chapel is located on the second floor of the Rotunda and is available for prayer and meditation. Should you or your loved one need pastoral support, please ask your nurse to contact the chaplain on call. Bibles are available at any nurses' station.
Smoking and tobacco use. Cass Regional is a tobacco-free campus. Use of tobacco products is prohibited both inside the facility and on the hospital's grounds. If you are interested in smoking cessation counseling, please contact our respiratory therapy manager at ext. 4160 or talk to your physician.

For those unable to pay upon discharge or the balance due after insurance payment, a financing agreement may be arranged. Cass Regional offers financial assistance for those who qualify.
The cafeteria is on the main level of the hospital and is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Food and beverage vending machines are on the second floor of the Rotunda near the ICU entrance and in the alcove by the Emergency Department.
