If you are already a patient of LifeStance Health, simply click the button below, and search for your provider. Once you see your providers name, click to open their page and select the “Patient Portal” button on the left-hand side of the page. Login to your Patient Portal! If you can’t remember your login, simply click “Forgot Password”.

How do I get Started with the patient portal?

Your experience with the portal begins with an email invitation from your provider’s office. You will receive a Patient Portal Account Notification email after your LifeStance Health office has added your account to the patient portal. Simply click the link in that email to gain access and begin navigating the portal.
