Emergency Services

APD offers emergency department services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. We are conveniently located in Lebanon, only 1.5 miles from Interstate 89 exits 18 and 19.

Sleep Health

If you’re having trouble sleeping at night, or struggling to stay awake during the day, we can help. Serving New Hampshire and Vermont since 1996, the accredited Sleep Health Center provides quality testing and treatment for sleep disorders.

What is a patient provider team?

We take great care to spend enough time with each patient to determine their personal goals. As a patient-provider team , we create a personalized plan towards realizing those goals with the least invasive, patient-centered approach. Our team of professionals diagnoses and treats a variety of orthopaedic conditions including hip and knee disorders, arthritis, athletic injuries, overuse injuries, common fractures and dislocation.

Who is Diane Riley?

Dr. Diane Riley is a board certified hand surgeon who specializes in the hand, wrist and elbow. Dr. Riley is a member of American Society for Surgery of the Hand (ASSH), where she serves on the public education committee, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS). She received her medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School in Hanover, NH. She was a Hand Fellow in Boston, MA, in a combined program with Tufts Medical Center, Newton Wellesley Hospital, and the New England Baptist Hospitals.
