To register for the new portal, you will need the patient PIN number provided by our office via your Welcome Email. Each child will have their own PIN which will be unique to that child only so access to one child’s account will not gain access to any others.

Appointments that may qualify for a telemedicine visit include: rash, sleep issues, constipation management, ADD/ADHD/Depression and Anxiety follow ups visits, certain medication checks and well visits may be eligible for telehealth with your providers approval.
