Olmsted Medical Center offers a patient portal called OMC MyChart. It offers many more features and is part of Olmsted Medical Center’s (OMC) Epic Systems, our electronic medical record and revenue cycle (bill pay) system.

How do I access OMC MyChart?

OMC MyChart can be accessed from a computer or a mobile device using an app. The app, called MyChart, can be downloaded for free from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store/Android Market. Once downloaded, choose Olmsted Medical Center from the list of healthcare providers.

How do I request release of protected medical information from OMC?

Use the consent forms on this page to request release of protected medical information (e.g., medical records, immunization records, clinical history) for yourself and/or any OMC patient for whom you are legally responsible.
