What's new in the rayus patient portal?

The RAYUS patient portal offers convenient access to appointment information and exam results. Now, when you log in to the portal, you’ll also notice a new look and more user-friendly experience.

How do I pay my rayus radiology Bill?

Does rayus accept results from all cdsms?

To meet the new CMS guidelines for Medicare patients, RAYUS accepts results from all federally qualified CDSMs— and our free Medical Professionals Portal includes an integrated CDSM so your orders meet the new requirements. Learn more about new requirements from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services coming January 1, 2020.

What url do I use to access the patient portal?

In the past you may have used one of these URLs: myExamResults.com, myEpicExam.com, myCDIExam.com and myInsightExam.com. Whether you’re seen at a RAYUS, Insight Imaging, Epic Imaging, or another center within the CDI national network, all patients will access the patient portal using myExamAnswers.com.

How is contrast administered?from rayusradiology.com

Contrast will be administered through an IV placed in your hand or arm before your exam. When your scan is complete, you’ll be escorted back to the changing room so you can change out of the scrubs and back into your clothing. Once you have changed, your appointment is complete.

Why do you need earplugs for an MRI?from rayusradiology.com

MRI machines are noisy, so you’ll be offered earplugs or headphones to help block out the noise. The scanning room is kept cool for the MRI machine, but we have blankets available if you feel cold.
