Request an appointment, communicate with your doctor’s office and get health information online. To sign up, provide your email address at your next clinic appointment. You’ll receive an invitation to create an account.

If you have visited a CaroMont Health hospital or doctor’s office, you are eligible for a MyChart account. You can even manage your child’s health information or request proxy access for other family members (such as elderly parents) with permission. MyChart is completely free and easy to use.
