Click “My Profile” in the top right corner and then click “Family Access” on the left side of your screen. If the family member does not yet have their own portal login, fill out the information for the new user and click “Create User and Grant Access.”.
How to get a copy of my medical records?
You can request a copy of your records electronically via the portal or in a hard copy version if needed. The portal can also be used to communicate with the office staff and your doctor via secure messaging. It should not be used in emergency situations. Click here to login to your Patient Portal.

Emergencies
- On evenings, weekends and major holidays, we have a physician on call for emergencies. When you call the office, an answering service representative will page the physician. If you have an anonymous call blocking device on your phone, you must remove it in order for the physician to call you.
After Hours/Emergency Calls
- If you have an emergency after regular business hours or on weekends or holidays, please call our office and you will be directed to our answering service, which will relay your message to us. We will return your call at the earliest opportunity. Prescriptions and Refills
- Please request any new prescriptions or refills during regular office hours, or your request will be handled the next business day. Please do not wait until you are completely out of your medication to contact us.
