The Tanner MyChart app was launched in July 2019 as part of a new, single electronic health record across the health system to improve patient care and operation efficiencies.
If you have an appointment at a Tanner facility, you will receive a 15-digit activation code and website address for sign-up. You will create your new account with a username and password that you create along with the activation code.
