Effective December 1, 2018, you will receive statements from Gritman Medical Center: Moscow Family Medicine Clinic for all services rendered after 12/1/2018. If you have any questions, please call our business office at 208-882-2011. We support our patients having access to their health information through our Patient Portal.

What is our Patient Portal? A single patient may log in for themselves with their email address. Adults and their family members who share one email address may access the portal by using one login. For example, parents can access their children's information and caregivers can access their client's information.

How do I request access to my family members?

For example, parents can access their children's information and caregivers can access their client's information. If you feel this is something that would be beneficial to your family, login to the portal and click the link under "Messages" that says "Request access for additional family members."

How do I make an appointment in the patient portal?

Log into the Patient Portal to view your account. We are accepting new patients. Please call (208) 882-7565 to schedule your first appointment. To reduce your wait time, print and complete the following documents.

Can you see another provider in the clinic?

This is often possible. We try to keep spots open for this purpose. You may also see another provider in the clinic. Quick Care might be an option for minor illnesses or injuries. Your records will be updated and your doctor will be informed if you see another doctor in one of our clinics. It is always best to schedule regular follow-up appointments in advance if possible.

Does Moscow Family Medicine accept insurance?

Moscow Family Medicine accepts a great variety of insurances. Check with our billing department to be sure. We do not bill international, so if you are a student or visitor from another country you will have to pay your bill and then send it to your insurance for reimbursement. We offer prompt payment discounts for those without insurance who pay in full at the time of the visit.

Does Gritman still work with Moscow Family Medicine?

Gritman is now working joint ly with Moscow Family Medicine to operate its Moscow clinics, including the University of Idaho Student Health clinic. You and your family will still be able to see the same doctors and other staff, and the process of scheduling appointments and viewing your medical records will not change.
