Who is the vice president of operations and finance at Methodist Charlton Medical Center?

​Dustin Anthamatten is proud to serve as the Vice President of Operations and Finance at Methodist Charlton Medical Center. At the facility, he has oversight of biomedical engineering, cardiology, care management, chaplains, communications, emergency management, environmental services, HIM, inpatient hospitalists, physical plant, food services, imaging, laboratory, leased tenants, oncology, patient access, physical medicine, respiratory therapy, and supply chain. Dustin was originally hired as the facility’s Vice President of Finance in 2014, moved in to the Vice President of Operations role approximately one year after being hired, and now performs the dual role of Vice President of Operations and Finance.

Who is Teresa Land?

​Teresa Land, MBA, BSN, RN brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion to Methodist Charlton Medical Center. Since joining Methodist Charlton in 2008, she has served as director of nursing, and most recently, director of quality. Prior to joining Methodist Charlton, Land was the senior director of critical care at a children’s hospital in San Antonio. Land has been a registered nurse for over 20 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing degree from Texas Christian University, and a Masters of Business Administration with a healthcare focus from the University of Dallas. When still practicing at the bedside, Teresa was a Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) and Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR).
