The My HealthPoint patient portal, offered by Maria Parham, is a convenient, secure health management tool you can use anywhere you have access to the Internet. It provides access to important information about you and your visit (s) to our hospital.

It provides access to important information about you and your visit (s) to our hospital. Information available on the Sumner Regional Medical Center Patient Portal includes: Demographics maintained by hospital (sex, race, ethnicity, date of birth, preferred language)
Online healthcare information is available to patients 18 years and older and who have been a patient at the hospital on or after January 1, 2014. All Discharged Patients who supplied a valid email address will receive an electronic invitation from the hospital and a link to register online for Syntellis shortly after discharge.
Don't forget to complete your account creation soon. The patient-specific access links in the email message will expire after 90 days for your security.
Only you can have access to your health information. You may grant permission to a caregiver or family member to also view your information. In the future, you will be able to securely transmit your health information to other health providers.
My HealthPoint is one complete report of your health care history allowing physicians throughout the St. Francis system to review your personal health records. With your permission, they can view your health history and collaborate on your care more effectively.

View your Lab Results and Medication List. MyHealthPoint home page has a list of your lab results and medications prescribed by your HealthPoint providers.
Check the personal email associated with your patient portal account (hint: check your spam folder). Click on Forgot Password and a reset page will open in your web browser. If the link does not open, right-click on the link for more options. - Username is shown at the top. - Reset your Password.

To enroll in the patient portal, you must receive services at one of our locations. To create an account, you may self-enroll here. Alternatively, you may contact the location where you received care and tell them you would like to make an account. Registration requires an email and a valid ID.
All messages sent to your provider’s office are transferred via a secure server compliant with HIPAA standards.
At the hospital patient portal, you can access read-only medical information through our secure server. This includes educational materials, information on your current medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, and lab test results. All information is pulled directly from your electronic health records. Due to the sensitive nature of radiology and pathology test results, these are not available on the patient portal and must be obtained through the hospital’s Health Information Department.
RWJBarnabas Health is in the process transitioning all of our hospitals to a centralized patient portal called MyChart where all hospitals’ records will eventually be contained within one system for your convenience. Please be assured that you will always have access to your medical records.
