New Information Automatically Available Through MyChart

Beginning February 23, 2021, Virtua proactively made more of your medical information, including most new provider notes, automatically available to you in MyChart. While Virtua has tried to make your most important medical information automatically available in MyChart, MyChart does not contain your full medical record.

If you wish to submit an Advanced Directives Form, print out every page, complete each page in pen, do not make edits or changes, have it notarized and bring it to your doctor’s office or to the hospital. Addresses can be found on our Locations page.
