Hello r/ADHD! tl;dr: First day Concerta experience report, positive reaction. I'm 28, male, ~145 lbs. I've been lurking around here for a few months now and I've been provisionally diagnosed with ADHD by my GP. Here in Canada, the standard procedure seems to be just giving the patient some Concerta/Ritalin and seeing what happens..
