If an event of over 100 attendees includes guests from outside the campus community (e.g., non-SUNY Oneonta students or employees) and the ability to socially distance is unavailable or the event is indoors and over 3 hours in duration, proof of vaccination or a negative test administered within five days prior to the event must be required.
