A little while back I had a patient fall while under my care. I was one of multiple care providers attending the patient at the time of the incident, but as I was the nurse in the room at the time, I was responsible. Thankfully, the patient suffered no injuries. But, I was disciplined as not exercising "all available safety measures.".
