St. Mary has two easy-to-use, secure portals, one for your physician’s office and one to give you access to your medical records from hospital services. Note: Please call 9-1-1 if you have a medical emergency. MyHealth Patient Portals are not for medical emergencies.

The MyHealth patient portal provides you, our valued patient, with online access to your health information whenever you need it.
To access your record online (or someone else's where you have proxy rights) you need a patient portal account that is linked to MyHealth. If you do not have access, please sign up by creating a MyHealth account.
For access to hospital visits, please bring form to the hospital’s Registration department to be forwarded to the appropriate personnel

To help protect your own privacy don’t access the portal on a work computer because your employer could be able to view your records. Unless it is absolutely necessary do not access the portal on a public computer. If you must use a public computer to access the FollowMyHealth portal, make sure you erase the computer’s browsing history. Always make sure you close the portal when you are finished so others can’t see your information. Don’t tell anyone your password, and if you do think someone had discovered your password change it immediately. Use the portal to send messages because email may not be secure.

The MyHealth patient portal for St Mary Medical Center provides access to your lab results, hospital reports, radiology tests and more.
The MyHealth Patient Portal for Physician Offices provides access to your medical records from your provider's office, allows you to schedule primary care appointments, get referrals, request prescription refills and even pay your bill online.
