For your convenience, once you've signed up for the My BHS Health Patient Portal, download our mobile app, Meditech MHealth and choose My BHS Health Portal.

MyHealth is a patient portal for Internet access to your medical records. MyHealth will give you a new safe and private way to access your records 24/7. It's easy to use, free of charge and completely secure.
Once you have a MyHealth account, you will need to log into your account. Select the "Appointments" option from the navigation menu on the left side of the portal screen. Next select "Schedule a New Appointment" from the drop-down menu. Choose "Office Visit - Follow Up - MyHealth" as the reason for your visit.
You can enroll for access to your child's medical information at your next Pediatric appointment. You cannot enroll for access to another adult's medical information at this point in time.
