What is the Optos camera?

We proudly offer sophisticated technology, such as our Optos Retinal Camera. With this technology our patients have the ability to get an Optomap image of their retina. This gives our doctors a 200 degree view of the back of the eye. Our doctors are equipped to detect signs of Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration, Diabetic Retinopathy, Retinal Holes and many other diseases. Early detection is key in eye diseases and will provide our patients with more treatment options.

Our office accepts most insurance plans for our ophthalmic procedures including Medicare. We will file insurance claims for all insurance plans in which we participate. Associated Eye Care is proud to announce that we're now accepting EyeMed Insurance!

If you have questions about your Medicare coverage, call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227) to speak to a Medicare Customer Representative. You can also go to www.medicare.gov to find out more about Medicare coverage. The Associated Eye Care staff is also available to help you determine whether the eye care you need is covered by Medicare.
