As well as their appointment date and time, the letter also includes pre-assessment instructions, essential reading and hospital information.
The new electronic patient letters will be issued to all patients who have registered a mobile phone number with the hospital.
The Patient Portal gives patients the ability to access their personal health information at their own convenience, through a secure website online. This will help you be more actively involved in your healthcare, can help you communicate with your providers, and make you more informed.
This will include information from your visit such as test results, medications, allergies, immunizations, and health issues.
In the portal, you will have access to your own electronic medical record. This will show different visits that you have had at Lincoln County Hospital.
You can recognize each visit by your admission/discharge date from the facility.
