How do I sign up for the hospital patient portal?

What is lifqhc's medical malpractice protection?

LIFQHC is granted medical malpractice protection through the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) LIFQHC receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.

Can the practice/clinic use the information I send to deliver care?

The Practice/Clinic to which the communication is addressed may use the information you send to deliver care to you, but the content of the message will not automatically be included in or automatically be added to your electronic medical record.
