Appointments

We have early morning and evening appointments for your convenience. We will attempt to accommodate your urgent orthopedic needs, please call to schedule an available time. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment please contact us as soon as possible so we can use that time to see another patient in need of care.

Fees & Payments

In an effort to decrease the cost of your medical care, we request payment be made for services at the time of your visit unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards. We will bill your insurance company if we are a participating provider.

Prescriptions & Refills

For your safety, all prescriptions and refills are handled during our regular business hours when full access to your medical records are available.

What is AOSMI in New Jersey?

Advanced Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Institute is an orthopedic and pain management clinic that helps patients throughout New Jersey return to their normal activities as quickly as possible. Founded in 2007 when two of the most respected practices in the area merged, AOSMI utilizes cutting-edge advancements in orthopedics, sports medicine and pain management to provide patients with the highest level of care possible.

Who is Dr. Justin Elkrief?

Dr. Justin Elkrief is a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Spine Surgery. He went on to earn his medical degree from Touro University Nevada. Dr. Elkrief then completed his internship and residency at Nassau University Medical Center in New York, where he was nominated Chief Resident. After residency, Dr. Elkrief completed a comprehensive Orthopedic Spine Surgery fellowship at Geisinger Medical Center in Pennsylvania. Dr. Elkrief specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of various spine conditions, including herniated discs, infection, trauma, fractures, scoliosis, and degenerative conditions throughout the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. Dr. Elkrief also has a particular interest in Cervical Motion Preservation and Minimally Invasive Surgery.
