Patient Portal

Current patients can enroll in the MPCP Patient Portal to access many convenient features including: request appointments and prescription refills, receive a clinical summary of your visit, lab letters, patient education, and physician referrals.

Appointments

All patients are seen by appointment. A photo ID will be required at every visit. We advise you to call as early in the day as possible if you or a family member is ill, as we try to see all sick patients on a same day basis. Courtesy reminder calls are made 24-48 hours prior to the appointment.

Cancellations

We understand that there are occasional circumstances that might keep you from the appointment. When this happens, we request at least 24 hours of advanced notice.

Missed Appointments

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call to cancel in advance to avoid a charge.

What are the password requirements?

Password should be (8) characters in length, and contain only numbers and/or letters. No special characters such as #@%$ should be used in your password.

What if I forget my password?

On the login screen, there is a "Forgot Your Password?" link that will ask you for some personal information. You will then be able to set a new password for the Patient Portal.
