Welcome to your patient portal. Once you have an account that is linked to our system you can conveniently communicate with your provider's office. In order to register for an account you must be seen at one of our offices. Call your physician office to obtain registration details.

Bill in the mail?

Hall Health bills health insurance for most services. You may receive a bill in the mail associated with your care. Even though you may have gone to Hall Health, there are different entities within our building that may bill for care.

Billing policies

All non-student patients are charged a fee for service. We will directly bill your insurance plan whenever possible. All patients are responsible for co-payments and non-covered services. You can learn more about your health insurance by following the instructions here.

COVID-19 Vaccine Update

What is patient portal?

The Patient Portal is a secure online website that gives our patients convenient 24-hour access to personal health information with an Internet connection. It is also an easy way to communicate with your Rural Health care team.

What is an EHR?

We use electronic health records to serve you better! EHR is a digital version of your paper chart. EHRs make information available instantly and securely to authorized users. Information can be created and managed by authorized providers and shared with other providers across more than one health care organization.

Can you use the patient portal for urgent matters?

The patient portal is not to be used for urgent matters or emergencies. If you are a new user to the patient portal, before you begin, you will need to setup your account. This painless process is a few short steps and should only take a couple of minutes.
