Get instant access to your health information, including laboratory and radiology results, medications, allergies, demographic information, visit history, discharge/aftercare information, online bill pay and more.

How do I contact the my RCH portal help desk?

Contact the My RCH Portal Help Desk during business hours (7:30 am to 6 pm) on (03) 9345 6277 and press option 1 or email myrch.portal@rch.org.au. Please note - the Help Desk cannot issue activation codes.

What is the RCH portal?

My RCH Portal is a way for the RCH to put you at the center of your care. It is a website and mobile app that gives you and your parents or legal guardians access to information in the RCH medical record, when and where it suits you.

Is RCH portal the same as health hub?

Whilst My RCH Portal and Health Hub have different names and designs, they are the same portal. This means if you have a My RCH Portal account and receive treatment at one of the other hospitals, you will be able to see information about your care and treatment at each hospital through My RCH Portal.
