How do I get patients to sign up for the portal?

Having them register for the portal upon walking in allows this process to be done seamlessly within the regular intake flow. If you send an email, make sure to include a footer or signature that prompts them to sign up for the patient portal. This makes it easily available.

How do I fill out and sign in for my exam?

You may Download Patient Registration and Insurance Liability forms to fill out in advance of your appointment and fax to 805-604-1722 which will expedite your sign in process the day of your examination. If you prefer, you may hand carry the completed form with you and give it to the receptionist on the day of your examination.
