How does the myphs portal work?

SIGN IN. Attention Providers: Log in with your provider myPRES user ID and password. A personal myPRES member log in will access services for members, not provider tools. Need Help? Aug 27, 2018 · Call 651-642-1825 and ask to get started with MyPHS Portal, or talk to your PHS clinician. When you first login to your MyPHS Portal page, you will be brought to the patient information tab. Here, we encourage you to upload a photo of the patient and use the page as a home base for navigating the portal.

How old do you have to be to use MyPHS portal?

When a patient is over 18 years of age, he or she has full rights to setup and access a MyPHS Portal account. A MyPHS Portal Proxy Request Form can be completed for any individuals they wish to grant access to. If somebody will be assuming the role of guardianship, conservatorship, or power of attorney for a patient, steps will be taken to ensure appropriate individuals have access to the necessary accounts.

EpicConnect Citrix Portal

The Citrix connection to EpicConnect (EPIC) is provided for employees of Presbyterian Healthcare Services (PHS) that have been granted access to Epic with your onboarding. The EpicConnect portal will allow your to:

Pay doctors or hospital services

Login to MyChart using myPRES to pay your doctor or hospital bill. When you log in you can also sign up for paperless billing, view statements, and access payment history.

Pay health plan premium

Pay Medicare Advantage plan or Individual and Family plan monthly premium, without logging in or registering for myPRES.
