To access your GMO client portal, please log in below. If you are new to GMO, please contact your GMO Relationship Manager to activate your website access. How does Patient Portal save time?

Patient Portal also saves patients time by allowing them to submit updates to their demographic and contact information prior to their visits. Patients can use Patient Portal to communicate with their physicians, as well. They can request prescription renewals online instead of calling the office.

When does a child's portal expire?

Access to your child's portal will automatically terminate when the child turn's 18. If your child is 18 or over and would like for their parent (s) to have access to their portal, they may fill out the Proxy Access Form to give their parent (s) access.
