If you are already a registered user, go to the login page, then simply enter your user name and password.

What if I have not registered to use the portal?

If you have not received a login ID, you self-enroll here . You will need to have your Medical Record # and current email address on file with the hospital.

Can my family access my information in the portal?

Only if you provide permission. If you wish to give your family or other caregivers access to your record in My Health Connect, you will need to fill out the Proxy Request form and return it to the Health Information Management (HIM) Department at Sampson Regional Medical Center.

If your physician is part of Sampson Regional Professional Services (a hospital-owned practice) you can access the Follow My Health portal to view your health record, schedule appointments, and request prescription refills, and more.

Visitor Screening & Guidelines

The only visitor entrance into the hospital is through the Emergency Room & Outpatient Entrance, accessed by Cooper Drive. The entrance on Beaman Street is closed to the public. Visitors can expect to be screened before gaining access to any area of the hospital.

Visitor Guidelines

Effective Friday, January 14, 2022, SampsonRMC visitor guidelines have changed. Visiting hours are during the hours of 9:00 am - 8:00 pm. Visitors must be 18 years of age or older.

COVID-19 Testing & Billing

We are pleased to provide COVID-19 testing as supplies allow. Testing can be done at the main hospital for inpatients and emergency department patients and on at outpatient basis at our drive-through site located at Sampson Medical Group of Clinton.
