Neither the website or app for NextMD , now NextGen, has ever been properly maintained by OMNI or Bakersfield Family Healthcare. Doctors have fraudulently claimed appointments that never happened; medical records and test results have not been posted; and the prescription list is a shambles. This has critically and negatively impacted my health and healthcare‼️‼️‼️
Yes, this app is a complete and total piece of garbage. Whether it's the web version or iOS version, garbage garbage garbage. Nothing is up to date, messaging doesn't work, can't request prescription refills. In other words nothing works . I've talked to my Doctor about this and he is just as frustrated and has the same opinion as I do. This app has so much potential and could make it so much easier for both patient and the provider if only it simply worked.
