Fairfax Radiology's Report & Image Access tool provides you immediate access to your patients imaging results through a secure network. Simple procedures are in place for immediate use to assure faster answers to clinical questions. To assure patient privacy and HIPAA compliance, all physicians must have a user ID and password.
