How do I create a portal account as a patient?

Every ENT Associates patient can create a Portal account. It’s a simple process to get started! You’ll need to be “invited” to create an account. Alert us that you’d like to register and make sure we have a valid email address. We’ll send you an introductory email with a link and instructions to launch the account registration process. IMPORTANT!

What is the purpose of a patient portal?

The portal allows patients to contact the nursing staff or their provider through a convenient electronic messaging system. Patients enrolled in the portal can also access electronic statements and payment processing, appointment requests and reminders, test results and medical record requests.
