Can't get answers or paperwork from office

Office unable to get forms for patient to be able to move to assisted living and no reply or answers back to high priority calls regarding the paperwork. Completely jeopardized the move even though doctor office had paperwork for weeks.

It's a money grab. Received a bill, paid it and then kept receiving bills (3 more to be exact). Beside manner i.e. customer service leaves much to be desired. Trying to make an appointment, even when in pain is next to impossible i.e. nurses don't care and they won't let you speak directly with her unless you make an appointment.

Wonderful Doctor!!!

She was very professional and had a very caring attitude. Also she knew how to handle my dad's post-traumatic stress disorder. She was able to keep him calm the whole time he was there and we really felt she was concerned for his needs and we would highly recommend her.

Just wonderful. Make her own diagnosis after careful and thorough review, really listens and trusts your thoughts and symptoms as critical piece of what's going on.
