How to access the portal?

Accessing the portal is simple. All you need is an active email address* and an invitation, via email, to register for access to the portal. Once you receive the invitation in your email, follow the Internet link to a web page that will guide you in creating your account. It’s that easy!

Where is the lab icon on the portal?

Once inside the portal your homepage is the central point to access information. Click on this icon located on the top left of the web page to view your health record, lab results and other medical information. The portal includes other useful links at the top and bottom of the pages.

Is online payment secure?

Allison Wawer-Chubb, DO, joined El Paso Pediatric Associates in January 2019. A native of New Jersey, she graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at the Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, NJ in 2008.
