The DMC Patient Portal is here to assist our patients in tracking and understanding their medical care. The portal provides a way to share up to date medical information with you from the convenience of your home using a computer or mobile device.
For any questions on MyChart, please contact the MyChart Help Desk at 1−855−269−2427. We take great care to ensure your health information is kept private and secure. Access to information is controlled through secure activation codes, personal usernames and passwords.
Use MyChart to schedule some care appointments. Select Visits from the top menu. Click the green Schedule an appointment button. Under Tell us why you’re coming in, click on Adult/Pediatric Specialty Care. Answer the questions and follow the prompts. Select an available date and time. Click Submit to secure your appointment.

WakeMed patients can access WakeMed MyChart records after you establish a login and password using your one-time use activation code. If you need an activation code, contact your WakeMed Physician Practices physician's office or to request one.

All lab results are compared to a standard guideline for what is considered “within normal range.” These standards were developed as a guide but are not absolute. You will see an exclamation point (!) next to the result if it's outside of the normal range, but that isn't necessarily a cause for concern.
If you refresh or leave the page after deleting the message you will still have the option to restore it. However, if you logout of your account you will no longer be able to restore the messages – the messages are permanently deleted.
