Is there a patient portal for DCH Health System?

The DCHC Patient Portal is a password protected website which gives secure access to each user so your health care information is safe. Portal passwords are encrypted and URLs are re-written so that they cannot be copied and pasted. You are the only one who can access your Patient Portal information.

What is mydchc portal?

Self-Pay patients who qualify may pay a nominal $35 fee for medical and behavioral health visits. Lab fees are separate, additional costs. Self-Pay dental patients who qualify pay a nominal $55 fee for dental visits, which includes an exam, x-ray, and treatment plan.

What is the MyDCH portal?

The Lewis and Faye Manderson Cancer Center’s MyDCH Patient Portal provides you with secure online access to information about your cancer treatment. Through your Cancer Center Patient Portal, you can view your appointments and test results, complete health care assessments, access educational materials and view contact information for your care team from the comfort of your own home. The portal is designed for secure messages between your Provider, the Nurse and you. We take great care to ensure that your health information is safe and private, and we encourage you to keep your Patient Portal username and password safe. Our Patient Portal is fully compliant with federal and state law related to the privacy of health care information.
