myCooper ( http://my.cooperhealth.org) is a secure, online tool that connects you to your electronic medical record (EMR) from the privacy of your home at any time, day or night. The information is encrypted, which means it is stored in such a way that it can only be unscrambled after you enter the correct password.
Communicating with your physician’s office staff for non-urgent matters is as simple as sending an e-mail — but even more secure .
When you are enrolled in myCooper, Cooper will use your myCooper account to relay non-actionable items, defined as those instances in which communications or test results do not require immediate action.
Miscellaneous: myCooper is offered as a convenience to Cooper patients and is provided "as-is" without any warranty of any kind. The information contained in myCooper is not a replacement for proper medical attention. Access to myCooper is granted to users for the purpose of furthering their medical care. Use of the system for any other purpose may result in the suspension or termination of access or privileges. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and any dispute hereunder shall be venued in, and the parties expressly consent to the personal jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal court located in Camden County, New Jersey.
Discontinuing myCooper Access: If at any time you want to terminate your access, you may do so by calling the Cooper office you were given access to myCooper. In the event Cooper discontinues your access for any reason, you will be notified.
