If you cancel prior to clicking “Submit”, your credit card will not be charged. 12 • Receive a treatment plan through MyChart from a TriHealth provider. If a prescription is appropriate, it will be sent directly to your specified pharmacy. In some cases, a provider might decide it is best to speak with you by phone. You will be asked to provide a phone number where we can reach you in the event the E-Visit provider wishes to follow-up via phone.
