MyChart is a free patient portal that combines your Baptist Health medical records into one location. The easy-to-use online tool helps you manage your health by connecting you with providers and giving you access to lab results, appointment information, video visits with providers, current medications, and more from your computer, tablet, or mobile device.

The Cape SHINE Patient Portal is an easy to use on-line web-based tool that helps you manage information about the care you received at NJSHINE member hospitals. This includes Cape Regional Medical Center, Shore Medical Center and the Inspira Health Network. This information includes medical problem lists, allergies, medications and applicable test results (laboratory, radiology and others).
