The Brookwood Baptist Health Primary & Specialty Care Network provides patients an opportunity to access their personal health information via a secure online patient portal. By using this online service, you will be able to communicate with your physician’s office at your convenience regarding your healthcare.

What is the patient portal?

The Patient Portal (the “ Portal ”) is an Internet service, powered by athenahealth, Inc. ( “ athenahealth ”, “ our ”, “ us ”, or “ we ” ), which allows patients and other authorized users to coordinate and manage their medical care with their health care providers.

How do I Reset my Password in the patient portal?

Sign in to the Patient Portal, go to athenahealth Profile, and reset your password. Click Forgot your password on the sign-in page and enter your email address to request a password reset email. Contact your provider's office and request a password reset email. What if I forget my password?

Can you send a message to a patient?

Yes, if you are an established patient of a provider you may select that provider and send a message. Often times, these messages are reviewed by a staff member in that providers office. Each message will be handled according to the processes setup by that office and do not always get reviewed by the provider.

Does Hendrick's lab show up on patient portal?

Yes. Lab results will show up in your patient portal with a connection to Hendrick Medical Center for lab work done at one of our testing facilities.

Enrollment Invitation – Navarro Regional Hospital will send a text and / or email to the email address and / or cell phone number you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.
