Welcome to the Berkshire Patient Portal! You can use the portal to access test results, communicate with your provider, request prescription refills, and manage your appointments. If you do not have a portal account, please call 413-447-2505 or e-mail berkshireportal@bhs1.org to request an account invitation.

Because of a new federal rule, BMC will be releasing notes and results without a time delay to MyChart. As of November 16, you, and anyone you've given MyChart access to, will see test results without a time delay, a summary of what you told the doctor or nurse, findings from exams, your doctor's assessment or diagnosis of any medical conditions, and your treatment plan and next steps.
