All medicine that you take in Baxter Regional Medical Center must be prescribed by your physician, given to you by a nurse, or provided by the hospital pharmacy. No patients are allowed to take their own medication or keep personal drugs at their bedside.

The Cafeteria is open seven days a week for family members, staff, and visitors. The cafeteria is located on the first floor of the hospital near the rear of the facility. The daily menu is available by calling ext. 1633. The cafeteria hot meal service schedule is as follows: 1 Breakfast - 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. 2 Lunch - 11:00 am to 1:30 p.m. 3 Dinner - 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. weekdays

The Spiritual Care department is located on 2 South, near the ICU. Our chaplain serves as a liaison between the hospital and your community of faith. The chaplain can be reached at extension 7750.
All Baxter Regional employees are easily identifiable by blue-and-white identification badges worn on the upper part of the body. All hospital volunteers are easily identifiable by their yellow shirts and jackets and their pink-and-white identification badges.
Firearms are prohibited from being taken on hospital grounds unless in the case of a law enforcement officer escorting a prisoner or conducting other official business.
