We require payment of your co-payment and past-due account balances at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, debit and all major credit cards. If you have any billing questions, please contact our billing department at 303-298-1802.
We will submit claims to most major insurance carriers. Please bring with you your insurance card and an I.D. to every visit so we can ensure our records are accurate.
To better serve the needs of all our patients, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. We make every effort to stay on schedule, although emergencies arise. If we are seriously delayed, we attempt to notify patients beforehand.
We are happy to help you with your prescription refill requests, but please call your pharmacy directly. They will send us your prescription information. If you have a concern or question about your medication, please contact one of our offices.
