Select your Women’s Care office from the search list. You will be asked to login using your Patient Portal username and password. Lastly, select a 4-digit or 6-digit PIN.

How do I log into the patient portal?

After you are web enabled you will receive an email with a username and password to securely log into the Patient Portal and gain access to your personal health record and other helpful features from any computer or smartphone with an Internet connection!
