What's great is if you call in for 2 problems, the front desk will try to charge twice or will try to make you make 2 appointments...don't do that.  Just schedule for one thing then bring up the second to the doctor while seeing him/her.  THEY WILL HELP YOU.  They wont make you come back, reschedule, pay twice, etc.  The doctors, PAs, NPs will all help you and aren't concerned with the front desk.
