There are currently 2 portals that Orthopedic One uses. Which portal you are invited to, will be dependent on your provider. In some cases, you may be invited to both portals. The functions you use in each portal will be specific to your physician provider.
For your convenience, new patient forms are available for download on your physician’s full profile page, which can be found by selecting your physician from the Physician Finder. Once downloaded, please print, complete and bring with you to your appointment.
