The Access Plan is your source for free, confidential and convenient family planning services. Services include: birth control (such as the Pill, the patch or an IUD), annual exams, STI testing and treatment, and patient education and counseling. Most, but not all, of the services provided at Planned Parenthood are covered by Access Plan. Planned Parenthood staff can help you determine whether you will need to pay for any of the services you receive at the time of your visit. Men and women are eligible if: you are a Vermont resident, you meet income requirements (less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level), you are not pregnant, and you are not enrolled in private health insurance, VHAP or Medicaid.
