What is the phase 1B of Artesia?

Artesia General Hospital recently announced that it has entered Phase 1B of the CDC and New Mexico Department of Health’s (NMDOH) COVID-19 vaccination plan. People who are age 75+ or age 16 or older with at least one chronic condition are of highest priority within this group.

Where is the Curative testing facility in New Mexico?
