What are the patient portals and how do they work?

Our patient portals are a convenient way to securely view your personal health information and interact with Penn State Health. They play a key role in your heath care - providing a 24/7 connection to the information you need to make better decisions.

How do I access the new OSU student system?

The my.okstate.edu Portal is the starting place to access the new student system and other OSU systems via single sign-on. After logging into the portal with your O-Key information, click on one of the applications or quick links: You can also use the Student link at the top of the portal to access other online resources for OSU students.

Is OSU medicine moving to a new portal?

OSU MEDICINE IS MOVING TO A NEW MYCHART PORTAL! Beginning October 5, 2020, OSU Medicine will become a Community Connect partner with Saint Francis Health System, and share the MyChart portal software system. OSU MEDICINE IS MOVING TO A NEW MYCHART PORTAL!

Beginning October 5, 2020, OSU Medicine will become a Community Connect partner with Saint Francis Health System, and share the MyChart portal software system.

WHAT THIS MEANS TO YOU IS

If you have a MyChart account with Saint Francis, you will be able to use those login credentials for your OSU Medicine MyChart account. If you have a MyMercy account, you will need to create a new OSU Medicine MyChart Account beginning October 5, 2020. Your health information will transfer to your new OSU account.

HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR NEW MYCHART ACCOUNT

Please call your provider’s office to request a MyChart activation email. Make sure they have your correct email address on file. Once you receive the email, click the link to finish setting up your account.

How to contact OSU Medical Center?

You can contact OSU Medical Center’s Medical Records Department at 918-599-5211 during normal business hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. After hours you may leave a message through our MyChart Portal “Contact Us” link – Please include your name and contact number so that an OSU Medical Center representative may contact you on the next business day.

What browsers are used for the Patient Portal?

This patient portal is web-based and works with all major internet browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla FireFox and Safari.

What is the MyChart Portal?

The MyChart Portal offers the patients of Oklahoma State University Medical Center secure electronic access to portions of their medical records. Our MyChart Portal is available 24/7 and can be accessed from any computer with an internet connection. It can help you answer questions like “What are my lab results?” “Which doctor treated me during my stay?” And many more.

Is MyChart Portal free?

No. The MyChart Portal is provided as a courtesy to you and its use is optional . While some hospitals may charge for this service, we are focused on providing the highest level of service and health care.

Rest assured your information will always be kept confidential between you and your Provider. However, you can choose to give another person access to your Ascension St. John Patient Portal account. They will be called your proxy. If you are in person at your clinic, you can fill out the required paperwork to add a proxy.
